1. Order Cancellations
- Once an order for an eBook has been placed and the digital file has been delivered or made accessible, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- As eBooks are delivered instantly in digital format, cancellation requests will not be accepted after purchase.
2. eBook Purchases
- All eBook sales are final and non-refundable.
- If you face any technical issues (e.g., download errors, file corruption, or access problems), please contact our support team within 3 days of purchase for assistance.
- Our team will help restore access or resend the eBook at no additional cost.
3. Incorrect or Incomplete Downloads
- In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or incomplete eBook file, please notify us within 3 days of purchase.
- After verification, we will provide you with the correct file or renewed download access.
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds are not applicable for digital eBook purchases except in verified cases of duplicate payment or a failed transaction.
- If a refund is approved under special circumstances, it will be credited within 7 working days to your original payment method.
5. Third-Party or Author Warranty
- Some eBooks may include external links or bonus content from authors. Singla Publishers is not responsible for third-party warranties, promotions, or content access issues.
